The ResilNC Fellowship Program offers a dynamic and immersive experience for leaders dedicated to enhancing economic resilience in BIPOC communities. Our program unites visionaries from various fields, including banks, investors, foundations, think tanks, business owners, and educational institutions, to collaborate on innovative solutions for economic empowerment.

Fellows engage in activities such as co-authoring impactful reports, organizing and attending in-person meetings, leading and participating in online discussions, and providing consulting services. Through these efforts, they gain insights, build connections, and drive meaningful change in underserved communities.

Jason Brown is a dedicated professional with a passion for economic development and a proven track record in enterprise sales and business management. Hailing from Boston and armed with a business management degree from Guilford College, Jason is not only a devoted husband and father of three wonderful children but also a tenacious advocate for
economic growth in his community. When he's not at work, you'll often find him shuttling his kids to soccer and gymnastics, exemplifying his commitment to both family and community.

Fellows Napoleon Wallace, Wilson Lester, and Talib Graves-Manns are also board members.
